This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience who wants to grow into a strong technical mentor while working on real-world use cases and industry-aligned training programs.

🌙 Shift: Night Shift (US / Global Time Zones)

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Conduct engaging technical training sessions with a practical, hands-on approach
• Explain concepts using real-world examples, case studies, and projects
• Mentor students on assignments, projects, and interview readiness
• Support learners in building confidence and problem-solving skills
• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training quality

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant hands-on technical experience

Core Expectations:

• Strong conceptual clarity in the assigned technology
• Ability to explain topics in a simple, structured manner
• Practical, learner-first teaching approach

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong mentoring and presentation abilities
• Patience, clarity, and learner-centric mindset
• Comfortable working night shifts from office

Skill Set

• Strong understanding of data engineering fundamentals
• SQL and database concepts
• Data pipelines and ETL processes
• Python for data processing
• Data warehousing concepts
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and big data tools
